Aurelijus Šveikauskas is an experienced banking and finance executive

with a strong track record in corporate lending, credit structuring, credit risk managemen and finance management. Across more than two decades in senior roles - including CEO, Deputy CEO, and Member of the Management Board in “Moki lizingas”, Finora Bank”, “European Merchant bank” and others - he has overseen comprehensive end to end credit processes, negotiated and structured complex financing transactions, and led development of lending products. Aurelijus as well has managed the process pursuing major strategic milestones such as acquiring bank licenses and launching new banking operations.

Building on extensive experience in lending and corporate finance, now I focus on fundraising, debt or equity financing advisory, and investor relations, delivering practical, transaction-oriented solutions to clients. Whether a company requires working capital, expansion financing, or the optimizing of existing debt, I provide hands-on guidance to ensure a smooth and effective capital-raising process. I place particular emphasis on supporting non-bank lenders, where I can leverage my extensive experience in the lending industry to deliver meaningful value and expertise.
